Automatically Print Emails and Attachments

Automatic Email Processor can send emails and attachments that meet predefined criteria directly to a printer. Individual rules can specify different printers and print settings for messages and attachments. It can also be configured to print selected pages, such as the first or last page of a PDF attachment.

Automatically Save Emails as PDF Files

Incoming Outlook emails can be automatically saved as PDF files in a specified directory. The PDF path, folder, and file name can be generated dynamically using email properties such as the message date and subject. Attachments and the original email can also be embedded in the generated PDF as MSG files, with or without a digital signature.

Automatically Save and Detach Outlook Attachments

The software can save Outlook attachments separately while using email and attachment properties to dynamically construct folder and file names. After successful storage, attachments can optionally be detached from the original message and replaced with a link file containing the path to the saved attachment.
This feature can help reduce the storage requirements of Outlook PST files. Attachment detachment can also be configured with a time delay, such as processing attachments after a specified period.
